Snapshot: Street Fighter Bishoujo Cammy by Kotobukiya

Update: see the review here

Time to get back into the swing of reviewing figures… This Cammy is a keepsake from the folks at Kotobukiya, who gave me one to review when I visited their booth at SDCC. The shitty thing about moving is that your equipment tends to get spread out all over the place. But I finally cleared out a good enough workspace to shoot this set.

The setup has a softbox and a gridded light for the backdrop. I saw a tip online of using a baking sheet for a textured background. Forunately my baking sheet is heavily stained from grease, grime, and whatever else has been on it.

I thought the heavily soiled baking sheet would be distracting, but the effect isn’t half bad.

The photos still need some more processing, but look for the review on Tomopop soon.

  • Wow Cammy! She's my 2nd fave SF character coz her moves are so easy to use haha! LOL at the baking sheet, it's such a good light diffuser indeed, I happen to ran out of those too so I just used a tissue instead XD Just a coincidence, I also got my hands on Chun-li this weekend :D I look forward to more of Cammy! :D
